Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to learn at Keyence. You will need to wear many hats.

Cons

They are very rigid regarding timing and there is very little flexibility. Training for corporate team members is nonexistent, making the work very trial and error and sometimes gives the feeling of being set up to fail.

Pros

Work with a good group of people. Base pay is great, quarterly bonuses make compensation great. Better than average Heath benefits.

Cons

Not receptive to new ideas. They want you train then follow the process they lay out.

Pros

You will gain a valuable sales skill set here. There is an 80 cold calls per day minimum, this will be a great tool and foundation to take with you to your next job. There is a good deal of travel involved, but the products are top notch and will sell.

Cons

You will burn out very fast, and they know that. The burnout factor is built into their hiring system.... the goals are often unrealistic and if they are not met you will meet financial penalties. Your bonuses are actually decreased.
