Pros

- Company products is similar to Apple in mobile industry. Expensive but worth it. Good monopoly and control over automation industry. - Will not hire unethically from other companies for any posts. You will have to grow from step 1 here. - Good field work experience which gives you oppurtunities to learn new things every day - treats you like kings in terms of salary, travelling, hotel stay

Cons

- Similar to East India company, all masters are Japanese and all slaves are Indian - Answer to all problems is money - No work life balance and also no co curricular activities. - family can never visit your company or be involved in at least once activity in a year - Achievement parties means drunkards enjoying like fools and non-drinkers need to be present to be frustrated and angry and to give minimum attendance
