      -Training is good -Technology is one of the best

      Cons

      -They will only follow their culture, the "Keyence way" -No time to breathe, when your inside the office you need to give you 100% only for work -Salary is relatively high but when you realize how much work you will need to do and the sacrifice for a work-life balance, you will realize that you are underpaid. the workload to compensation ratio is appalling. -No OT Pay even you need to go back to the office after a field work. -No respect for Filipino Culture. -They will not pay your bonus even if you're entitled with it.

      Pros

      Great office environment, young and vibrant feel and approachable management as Keyence has an open office culture. Excellent incentives for sales team. Be part of a constantly growing international company.

      Slight separation of back-office team and sales team.
