Pros

Good job to kick start a career in sales, but not a long term place to work due to micro management. This is dependant on which division you're placed into which is down to the need for the role in the area rather than where you're most suited.

Cons

Micro management is a key part of the structure to get the most out of every employee. A way they can always point out improvement points are the vast KPI's you are judged on.
