Pros

- everyone is low key and honest - no games - always make changes for the betterment of their people. This is a place where if you have an issue, they do something about it; and a place where higher ups are taken to task about the sales team not getting paid enough. They want us to succeed - commission just went up a significant amount, a change that was just implemented this quarter - raised hotel and flight limits to better accommodate us - great team work -- profit sharing was a great idea - people are intelligent and treat you the same. Mutual respect and honestly - open door policy -- and they mean it - easy to motivate yourself - great for number oriented people - challenges your mind in exciting ways - 3 entirely different career paths - work with amazing customers -- like NASA

Cons

- they work you hard, and you will put in some OT, but I love it, so that doesn't matter to me. For others, it does. - none so far. They have completely reasonable expectations and are encouraging and fun to work with

Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. Training on products is thorough and they pay Really well while in training. Managers do everything they can to help you succeed

Cons

Product lines vary. Some are a lot more sales driven than others. Big difference sales cycle and how long it takes to make a sale. Some equipment is 6 figures others are a couple hundred dollars. Really depends on the opening what product line you are placed in.

Great products and if you get a good manager the work experience is great... although some of the managers micro-manage you all day long. you get payed a lot!

Cons

work/ life balance is not very good... often traveling and sometimes you work really long weeks... but that should be any sales job worth having
