      Pros

      If you are a sales person in this company you basically own your schedule, there´s a lot of freedom regarding the way you harvest your territory. You have an always growing path, You compete against all the other employees for better salaries and better job position.

      Cons

      The hours are very consuming, a typical day can easily be 14 hours working. Its a Japanese company so you can expect a very low tolerance towards discipline and punctuality in every aspect of your work life. The company is based on sales so mostly if you get your sales goals is easier to get your way. If you do exactly what they ask for regarding process but you don't achieve your results there are consequences.

      Very punctual and must obey all rule. Target conscious very perfect place to start sale branded goods and to be sales engineer depends on your customer application. perfect place to workaholic person. good salaries but not the best you have to wait few years to get more. survival is MUST.

      Cons

      work time is infinite, no boundaries. have to work more and achieve more. micro management your movement being watch by other. so many data to be input in one day.
