Pros

- Great entry level position with large internal growth potential - Earning potential (bonuses, commissions) can be lucrative - Hire from only within - Bob Hosler’s a rockstar. During new hire interview “boot camps” and the following on-site trainings at HQ, he’s directly involved and his commitment to success is evident.

Cons

- Earning potential weighs heavily on the product line you’re assigned to - Micro-management in certain product lines - Lacking adequate work/life balance. That’s an unwritten agreement when accepting this role, however.

Pros

With the right manager this is a solid job. Freedom of schedule is nice and you see something different every day.

Cons

The company not only pitts you against your pears in your division but also across divisions. Their products directly compete with each other creating a hostile work environment.
