      Don’t fight to keep employees, no stocks offered, not afraid to replace you with the next young candidate, commissions are very low percentage

      Pros

      Great training, pay is fantastic, the management really goes above and beyond for their team. I've had some extenuating life circumstances (and I know others that have too) and the management team have gone above and beyond to help me out. I feel like they truly value me, my work, and care about my overall well being. I plan on being here for a long time!

      Pros

      Good pay, outside sales experience right out of college, good products, awesome training program, fun coworkers.

      Cons

      Micro manage!!!! Horrible customer experience (customers hate keyence sales engineers because they call them every single day), hard to move up if you don't do exactly what the managers want (100+ phone calls per day and 12+ demos per week). You can be the top sales achiever and you'll never be promoted if you don't bug the sh** out of your customers.
