Pros

Excellent base salary for an entry level sales person. Great industry experience, learning about manufacturing and automation. High levels of structure create great patterns for productivity. Good products Can be aggressive on pricing Good job security, you won't get fired unless you do something unethical.

Cons

Micro management culture. People in sales offices love to gossip about each other. No work from home when all the competitors do. Old school metrics. Endless cold calling. Everything at this company is a secret. Burnout seems inevitable. Turnover is high.

Great pay but contradictory leadership

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great pay, benefits, PTO and 401K package

Cons

Leadership advice can be complete opposites of advice you received in regards to the same questions. Never sure what piece of advice or instruction you should be following because you will always be ignoring at least one managers request. Also a very specific culture of sink or swim, you get there on your own or you don't get there.
