Pros

This is a great first job! They are veryyyy structured with metrics, but it teaches you how to work hard and teaches you the entire sales process from cold calling and booking your own appointments, to demoing the equipment, to closing orders, to training your customers/ providing tech support.

Cons

It is a Japanese company and with that they maintain a very strict culture that continues requiring the completion of strict metrics even for those experienced reps that don't need the structure. Being a manger I think you are very under paid for the amount of responsibility you have to maintain.
