Pros

Keyence does hire great people, from the top down I have a deep respect for everyone I worked with. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Monday and Friday office days with my co-workers. Keyence has a strategy for success that seems unmatched in the industry, making sales here relatively easy at many accounts. Keyence formula is great products + rapid and aggressive direct marketing/sales.

Cons

Individual results may vary. Japanese work culture still dictates many day to day metrics with which you'll be ranked. Burnout isn't uncommon due to some of the rigid standards you're held to, including: phone calls made/minutes, sales calls per week/month, variable strategy emphasis (target customer contact etc).

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, if you show effort they won't fire you. They show a lot of care for family time and personal time as well.

Cons

There is nothing really to complain about Keyence for. They are a great company that puts a lot of time and money into you and help you to hone your sales skills
