Limited flexibility about working from home. High expectations.

- Smaller departments favor particular people while others are set up for failure. - there are people in charge in the smaller departments who have been friends for long time. With this, there are unchecked powers that do what they want, initialize their own reporting and use them as they see fit - Micromanagement from some of the newer 'managers' who clearly have no idea how to use people skills , delegate duties or show common respect - You're a hero one week at this place and the next week, you are blacklisted - While on sales calls, I consistently ran into issues with my Iphone which I got no help from IT department (santiago?) never returned calls and I opened 3 tickets involving same issue with no resolve.
