Pros

Awesome company, great products, great team, and this company is the next big thing. We are unstoppable and we are here to stay for many many years.

Cons

Demanding job, travel and unrealistic customers. But it is YOU who controls how much work you put into it. I see a lot of people complaining and honestly you do this to your self.

Pros

Company Culture is great. Keyence has made me feel as though I'm a valued piece of the puzzle. Compensated well for travel.

Cons

Lots of Traveling could be a drawback if you don't enjoy flying or driving this is not the job for you.

Pros

Keyence has been a great place to work since I have started a few years ago. There has definitely been a noticeable difference in the company culture shift from a couple of years ago, including new updated offices, providing tools we need to do our job better from the road, holiday parties/holiday gift card bonus, and more relaxed office culture while still maintaining a professional environment.. The pay is fantastic, and one can easily make over 100k within 2 years depending on the office location and your sales performance. Work life balance has also been improved.

Cons

Keyence has been on an aggressive hiring spree these past two years. Although we are continuously growing year after year, territories are shrinking dramatically, and it can certainly limit how many sales calls you can go on (expected to go on same amount with half the companies once your territory is split with a new salesperson hired). It also does not help that there are probably 8 different people covering the same area in various divisions all calling the same customer at the same time, which can get a bit annoying (for the sales people and the customer).
