Pros

Unlimited overtime provided you're continuing to be beneficial to the company while getting overtime.

Cons

Culture, Career development, management, experience. Unless you're early in your career, I probably wouldn't advise getting into this role. If you're a tech person, I highly recommend looking else where as this role really doesn't have anything to provide you in terms of technical development. Can't speak for the other sectors of the company.
