Micromanaged!
Too strict in terms of the process (documentations, reports, targets achieved etc)
Sometimes it seems simply too monotonous to just complete the process for the sake of it even though the target may have been achieved.
You have to drive/travel a lot! And I mean a lot, for someone who loves to travel to different places this is a great job but if you need a peaceful life and spend time with your friends and family then this could be challenging. There's no fixed hours of work! The management just wants you to stay at office or simply go on sales calls even though it may not be needed anymore (could achieved already). In short Work life balance is terrible
