Pros

Fair Salary Good health benefit 12 days of Annual leave Everything is solve with Money Many product to learn Supportive colleague Customer support directly Lot of material to learn

Cons

No work life balance. (8-5pm is for supporting customer, making sale call ) Everything else like meeting, new product release, training is after 5pm. You will never come home before 7pm or later. You will work 12 hours a day and getting paid for 8 hours , therefore the hourly paid is not that good compare to other >> No Workk life balance, all hour is for company
