- Super focused just on software development... other than a small operations team, the entire company is technical/software developers. This makes for great dev culture with a lot of intellectual capital you can take advantage of if you want to. - Never worked for a company that cares as much about its employees as Keyhole does. When there's a problem on a project they do a good job helping find solutions or give support. I have a lot of autonomy where I'm not micromanaged, yet support when I ask for it. - The Managing Partners were very dedicated to supporting all employees through COVID/2020. When a bunch of projects ended in the early chaos, they put people on the bench and paid them anyway and still gave out end of year bonuses. - They typically try to give a lot of opportunities to get to know co-workers on other teams like family picnics, holiday parties, educational events, happy hours... really looking forward to getting back to that post COVID.

Keyhole Software has a small company culture while still expanding to over 75 employees in the midwest. Keyhole keeps everyone engaged by holding tech-nights, themed lunches in the office, video game competitions, and even having a beer brewing club. Keyhole Software places employees in consulting positions to fit each employee individually. Keyhole supports their employees learning interests by sponsoring them to speak at national tech conferences or local user groups. Keyhole office has expanded to include many types of working space arrangements (ikea standing desks, bean bags, etc). Keyhole has a strong integrity in the local business community and works to provide the best services for our clients. Keyholes internal projects are a great way to learn new technologies. There are many benefits offered to the full time employee consultants including 401k, healthcare (PPO and HSA), dental, vision, payroll advances, FSA plans, life insurance, LTD insurance, and year end bonuses.
