Pros

Great team mates and supportive, however given work loads there is only so much that others can do to help.

Cons

* Leadership bring you into meetings expressing how they there to improve and make changes, however it's endless wasted time in lip service and no actionable changes * There are some real basic and fundamental issues that haven't been fixed for years * Numerous people have left this organisation due to health related issues caused by the anxiety and stress from the relentless and endless work loads. * Highly recommend reaching out to people who left KP as Learning Designers before you decide to take a position here and ask them why they left * The turnover in these teams are high for good reason... * Overall the wellbeing of Learning Design team staff are not looked after A note to KP and the leadership, I'd recommend you take a deep look at the workloads you give these teams and the mental health break down and more that has been observed across employees over a short periods .

First of all very sorry you did not have a great experience at Keypath. We do take very seriously that our employees have the tools and resources to be successful. I will agree that with the amount of launches we have had, some employees have felt strained with workload. Over the last 6-9 months we have hired many new employees (even post Covid) as a way to normalize workload. Recent surveys have indicated this has improved morale dramatically. I wish you all the best and thanks again for the comments. We value them both positive and negative. Steve

Pros

In my experience management really care about their people and genuinely support them. I had quite a few personal/ family issues that unfortunately arose whilst I worked there and can honestly say that management (including the CEO) had my back the whole way. Keypath truly is a supportive, open minded and caring environment. I'm still regularly in touch with all my colleagues. The LDs are super smart, fully collaborate and bounce ideas off each other and together we have created some really outstanding and creative work. Also the location and the office.....make sure you ask for a proper look around when you go for interview, it is a stunning space!

Cons

It's a fast pace - but that means you get some great project management experience. As with all LD work things change quickly in terms of tech, but the specialist tech team can help you out with anything you aren't 100% on.

Pros

Keypath is one of the best places to work because of its value, culture and management. The top management genuinely shows interest in your professional and emotional wellbeing. The Keypath Melbourne CEO is a humble and an inspiring person. He made the place what it is today and he personally shows interest in everyone who works in the office. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow if you continue your good work and commitment to your job role since they have grown immensely within the last 2-3 years. I used to work as an Enrollment Adviser and had to quit the job to pursue higher studies. When I enquired for an internship, I was given an opportunity to work in the Learning Designing team. There are pros and cons in every work place, if you have the right attitude and genuine interest in what you do then there is no other better work place than Keypath because you get recognised for your good work. There is still room for improvement and definitely the management will bridge the gap and take action when its needed.

Cons

Nothing comes up in my mind.

Thank you for your comments and feedback. One thing I 100% agree with is Ryan O’Hare! He has done an amazing job with building that office and culture. As you said, and like most companies, we are always looking to find areas of opportunities to improve but are so pleased where we are today. Thanks. Steve
