Open and honest culture, grounded and collaborative teams, heaps of opportunity for those willing to go after it. It's experiencing significant growth in the Aus office so that doesn't come without it's difficulties but they are positive challenges and for those who want to get involved there is plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development. What else? - Open plan office means everyone is visible and accessible - HR team are very professional - Most people seem very intelligent and passionate about what they do - Melbourne CEO is accessible, friendly and welcoming of peoples opinions and ideas

Cons

The speed of growth does come with it's own challenges but depending on which way you look at it, those challenges are opportunities. Work life balance could be improved.

Pros

Fantastic culture, feels really inclusive and welcoming. The CEO knows everyone's name and it is such a friendly place to be. Great benefits as well, extra annual leave, breakfast every day and discounts.

Cons

Some people don't like the fast pace? I work well when things happen but know its not for everyone.

- Great induction when starting your job - Good company culture - Very nice managers and colleagues that are extremely helpful - Great career opportunities as the Australian office is growing very fast - Exciting tasks
