      Pros

      The work culture and people are the best. You can work independently without anyone micromanaging your tasks. There is great diversity and inclusion practice. Everyone is treated equally and appreciated for every job done well. Can work from anywhere, no forcing to come to office. It's totally optional.

      Nothing, I love everything here.

      Pros

      Keypath Education Australia have provided me with an encouraging and challenging career path with plenty of support and flexibility. The people are the best I have ever worked with and you get the sense that everyone is comfortable bringing their full selves to work. Keypath's commitment to equal opportunity and bespoke work arrangements for those with unique needs has really impressed me.

      Cons

      This is a fast-moving workplace in an even faster-moving industry. Plenty of internal movement which lends itself to shifting of workloads from time to time. While this is a challenge at times, it also provides ample opportunity.

      Supportive and Dynamic

      Pros

      Keypath Education is a dynamic and supportive workplace. Lots of new and interesting challenges, lots of cross-department initiatives, and always new ideas and creative solutions. We work at the leading edge of online learning with amazing creative people from lots of different backgrounds and experiences.

      Cons

      Interesting and creative work brings challenges and the occasional frustrations but it is all easily worth it in the end.
