      Pros

      No work load chill environment, manager are also chill come late, goes early. No work experience related to tech they make anyone, so you can spent your time well

      Cons

      No improvement in skills, it's worse than a lust, if you stuck there and not switch with in 6 month, then you won't be able to switch in your entire life. Most of the people there is from dayal bagh collage of engineering, they just know what they are doing nothing else they stick there in any role. It is not a good company for a good candidate.
