      - Fewer job cuts compared to rest of the market.

      Cons

      - No learning after 1 year of work. - Minimal opportunity to switch teams or work in new products. - Indian employees are given back-office work, mainly maintaining the existing software code, customer escalation, bug fixing. In extremely rare instance you get to work on new products. - Very poor salary increments over time.
