      The C-Suite does not listen to feedback from the workforce. Budgets do not support critical goals. HR is not supportive of employees. Middle management creates a very toxic work environment. Turnover can be as high as 75%

      Pros

      -Management is actually knowledgeable about the areas/teams they manage with many of them being previous team members of those teams. -Quality over quantity. I've never felt or been pressured to cut corners to meet deadlines. Quality is of the utmost importance.

      Cons

      -Work can be on the boring side sometimes. -Promotions are slow even if you're a top performer on your team. -Bonuses have taken a hit during the economic downturn. This includes the individual bonuses that would often supplement for the whole "top performer, but slow promotion" issue.
