      Pros

      Great people, easy to get along with. Very relaxed environment. Depending on which part you work in, there are WFH benefits.

      Cons

      Almost zero chance of career development. The salaries paid are just above minimum wage and do not come close to the national average. The senior management is poor and at times the company seems leaderless. Sometimes the workflow can suddenly dissapate and it can be very boring.
