      Cafeteria food is cheap. ESPP.

      Cons

      Highly prioritize on compliance result in overloading unmeaningful task. Too many incompetent 'managers' especially the mid level that has no hard contribution, only following orders. Pay and benefit is much below MNC standards (Rm400 for dental and optical ?). Reserved manager parking is redundant as never fills up on normal working days, they should WFH if they are just sitting in the cubicle from 9-5?
