Awesome place, HR needs work and bad managing at times

Pros

Amazing engineering, cutting edge solutions, and excellent engineer peers. Learned a lot and got fully immersed in culture and development. Great place to develop research and independent study as a PhD like myself.

Cons

Bosses at times are not attentive to needs of interns and employees, so busy with meetings will forget about them. HR needs improvement, watch out for Leslie Camino (high up in HR) she may seem nice on the outside but not very kind in reality. Can’t take negative feedback but likes to dish it out. Ingrid Estrada is amazing though and props to her. Satish is excellent too. Also they will lowball you when offering a job so make sure you negotiate.
