      1. Management is dominated by the favors of the manager. Who works on new project, and who labors himself on tedious job is determined by the favor of the manager, not by talents. 2. The manager can make right things sounds wrong, and wrong things sound correct. 3. A few selected employees dominated the decision of the team. And they choose projects based on what benefits their resume, not the benefits of the company. 4. The same selected employees work on research projects secretly by hiding them from the rest of the team. The only time you realize the existence of the project is the day of the demo. 5. Upper management does not want to do anything about the toxic working environment. 6. Very strict hierarchy, and does not allow disagreements. 7. long working hours, and low pays.
