Excellent execution of strategic vision. Great employee environment, benefits are great, salary is competitive, you stay a long time and you can leave with an excellent financial situation. They walk the walk!

Cons

No sure but in the current environment for competitive salaries, may put Keysight in the mid tier. Startups that have more options and higher salaries are for a certain style of person, Keysight is more for steady, intelligent, employee with work life balance on their mind.
