Pros
They really do take care of their people (as long as you aren't in the marketing organization, from what I've been told... management there was absorbed from an acquisition). Good amount of autonomy, collaboration, etc. I feel fortunate to work here, and the management reciprocates that, which feels great.
Cons
Publicly traded company + sales job = nonstop quarterly pressure to close business. It's also a big machine, so there aren't too many opportunities to really act nimble and outside the systems in place.
