      * Work-life balance. Start with 20-day flexible time off. No sick days though. It's a pretty relaxed culture where you have flexibility with daily life. * Leading innovator with electronic test and measurement. * People are collaborative and not competitive

      Cons

      * The technology stack for my team is out of date and it's a slow movement to upgrade things. * For a software engineer, the amount of digital signal processing knowledge you need for daily work and be barrier.
