      buy share at discounted price, 15% of employer contribution on EPF

      Cons

      After covid management started to encourage and implement micro manage, track attendance etc, which is very distrupting. Dental and Optic benefit is outdated, still like 10 years ago and never improve. you can forget work life balance and flexi working hour here, no more, they just advertise to attract talent and when you get in, no more such things.
