People mostly share same Culture/Values.

Cons

Career Opportunities mostly nil. The site leadership is uninspiring. Not at par Compensation/Benefit wise with market. No Work-Life balance. Site level directors are pathetic.

Relaxed deadlines. Job security. Opportunity to gain experience. You get to work with some very intelligent people who are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Salary is not competitive with others in the industry. Salary is not consistent between different business groups. Might not have time to develop a wide skillset depending on the role you are in. Medical, dental, vision benefits are not comprehensive.
