      The leadership style is increasingly troubling in our environment, as they appear to prioritize internal competitiveness over collaboration, impeding teamwork and the fostering of a cooperative work culture.

      There's a set of intelligent employees who work extremely hard to overcome management roadblocks. Engineering builds many "minimum viable products" - good enough to sell. Sales and support work super hard to create customer satisfaction from those minimum products. Good benefits.

      Cons

      No raises this year. Management claims half the commission of successful sales teams. Management claims most of the success - spending much time congratulating each other in their towers.
