Great technologies, flexibility to move between projects The people - if you are lucky to find the right team

Cons

When I was in the company, overtime was expected, but that was not the biggest issue. Again, the people, some can be toxic and that can disrupt the work of everyone

Stable even in tough economic times - no mass layoffs. Get to work with leading technology. Good company culture overall.

Cons

Compensation not in same league as MAANG companies. Hard to recruit candidates from the better companies. Focus on projects and products, and little attention given to employee training and development, other than compulsory videos which are just CYA for liability and security risk.
