The company has great legacy and comes with strong culture and work ethics. People are respectful and extend themselves to accommodate time differences.
Cons
Salary falls very short of other companies in Bay Area almost 30-40% lower. It has been a dampener for last few years leading to high attrition rates. Many employees are stuck at same level for decades and management has no clue to promote or grow them in their role. More work and no pay hike. Only select employees gets recognition or career growth and most of the jobs are off shored and only people at offshore are well compensated.
