      Excellent hardware and learning opportunities. Competitive pay. Good management in place.

      Cons

      I spend most of my day resolving problems related information technology or software. Fixing these issues will require management to hire more people.

      Pros

      Working hours is very flexible and a lot of opportunities to level up you soft skills game. Supportive senior staffs.

      Cons

      Limited chance to explore in-depth technical knowledge for Product Engineer role. As it more into process stuffs, which I find quite dull. Limited budget for certain department. Benefits are not equal to all employees, for an example is medical screening. Where's only entitle to higher level position which I find contradicted with what Keysight's values Diversity, Equity and INCLUSION.
