Oppotunities to grow, good management, bonuses, raises, my opinions were taken into account, they always told us we are doing a great job and encouraged us, we participated at interesting events like DefCamp and overall a good experience. They also moved me to another project when I asked for it, I told them I wanted to learn another programming language and they moved me to a project where I could do that. Great experience, would go back if I wanted to work in the Network Security field again.
