      Good Place to Work but Below Average Compensation

      Pros

      Relaxed deadlines. Job security. Opportunity to gain experience. You get to work with some very intelligent people who are enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive with others in the industry. Salary is not consistent between different business groups. Might not have time to develop a wide skillset depending on the role you are in. Medical, dental, vision benefits are not comprehensive.

      Pay is ok, no punch clock, good open atmosphere with a diverse workforce.

      Cons

      Support is sketchy at times, non existent at others. Self documentation of work a must as some resources are limited or incorrect. Out sourced customer contact teams are annoying at times due to time and language difficulties.
