      Our CEO is leaving and the company will be led by a new CEO - Both are exceptional leaders (I believe) Management is approachable Easy transition from one position to another

      Pros

      Kind people, pleasant working conditions, lots of concessions for personal office equipment and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Work from home full time but without the ability to travel long term. Does not frequently offer the ability to rise in title. Titles do not match industry standard. Will not keep up with market salary 4 years after hire. Did not personally agree with very-upper-management's approach to at least my area of expertise. Very little can be done about this. Very little or no communication of-impact with high level managers.
