      Pros

      Remote work is flexible. No one hassles you over not being at your desk when you go check the mail box. Generous salary and bonus when times are good.

      Cons

      There are some people in senior marketing roles that you don't want to work for. Also, they are extremely reactive to the quarterly earnings market reaction - to the point of being very short-sighted with strategy.

      People who does the work will always work, and those who don't have - spend good time here, as there is no micromanagement. so yes, it's a con for hard working employees like us.

      Cons

      Just appreciation will be given, apart from that no other benefits. for new joiners, the salary slab was good but not for old employees.
