Pros

Interesting products, several new acquisitions that enrich an already spectacular test & measurement portfolio, a good salary for good performance.

Cons

Sometimes processes are a bit complicated! One negative star because a lot of the benefits only kick in after many years / aren't that great (death insurance) compared to industry standards. This is a small complaint though, as overall it is a very solid package.

Pay not bad, benefits are ok, got free medical. Job is very relaxing and easy. Work experience is not needed because technical is not needed. You learnt about management. They do not simply fire people, good if you want a stable job here.

Cons

Bad working environment, many political work issue in my department. You do not learn technical stuffs here. It is all based on manager's favour if you want to get promoted, so we have to make manager happy all the time by following his instructions all the time.
