      Pros

      Developing solutions for customers that are working on the technologies of tomorrow. Working with people that truly have a 'how can I help?' attitude. Flexibility & manageable work/life balance.

      Cons

      No complaints. Pay may not be the top in the industry, but this is also not a hire & fire type of company, and therefore we generally don't have caustic personalities. Individuals that show promise, are invested in, with additional training, to grow and develop as leaders.
