The Global Marketing Organization is toxic. Reorgs happen every three to six months, with employees rearranged like deck chairs on the Titanic. Many people get stuck in roles that have nothing to do with their areas of expertise, and then are berated for not being good at their jobs. Priorities shift regularly, resulting in wasted effort and time. Favorites are chosen arbitrarily and everyone else is treated as lacking. It's a place of constant paranoia and fear. People disappear every day. Opportunities for upward mobility are almost nonexistent. Don't put yourself through this.
