      Decent pay and benefits. Technology leader. Active in the community (volunteering), beautiful location, exercise and wellness programs on-site.

      Cons

      Big company bureaucracy (red: slow to respond, lots of layers of management). Lack of merit advancement, or advancement opportunities in general. Trying to have a startup-like culture with out startup flexibility and rewards.
