Pros

Stable even in tough economic times - no mass layoffs. Get to work with leading technology. Good company culture overall.

Cons

Compensation not in same league as MAANG companies. Hard to recruit candidates from the better companies. Focus on projects and products, and little attention given to employee training and development, other than compulsory videos which are just CYA for liability and security risk.

Good pay and management. They are generous with the time off they provide. They are flexible with time needed for medical etc.

Cons

Not too many. I guess as far as switching over to different programs they are a bit slow and glitchy.
