      Pros

      Opportunities to grow in new jobs cross functionally to increase your knowledge and gain experience. Awesome people great place to work. Lots of activities to keep you or get you in shape right at work. Great flexibility as well to maintain a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is competence but not as aggressive as others. Takes awhile to get up the curve. I don't necessarily think it is a bad thing but as a hiring manager I mention that to set expectations for new hires or people applying.
