      Good Technologies but No Work Life Balance

      Growing company and exciting new technology.

      Cons

      Culture is embedded and company has not invested in people and technology so now they are pushing with same resources. Every business within company is run independently and lack of collaboration causes work to be put on a bother business group.

      Pros

      Lots of good people to work with. Great working environment.

      Cons

      Below average salary. They do offer plenty of overtimes to compensate the gap. You basically have to work lots of hours as they pay “cheap”. Good luck on having work/life balance. Techs seem to be happy even though they are overworked. Benefits are okay, but could be better. Hierarchy management is rampant.
