      Pros

      This company has a very good work/life balance. There are many interesting and intelligent people to associate with, many going back to the HP days.

      Cons

      There is very little salary competition in the Santa Rosa area. Career advancement is slow within this company and the corporate culture is very slow to adapt to the changing world.
