      Well balanced work and personal life. Flexible working hours; good subsidized food in the office canteen. More to learn; good exposure; open door policy. Timings are great 8-4:30 for general shift. Good pay package as per experience is offered. Complete shutdown from 25 dec-1 jan so you can manage your holidays. no micro management

      - nice working environment , fun colleagues - less political issue ( as per my department , backend support ) - great benefits , great yearly increment accordingly to performance

      Cons

      after separating from Agilent , revenue needs more time to pick up
