      Great work benefits, FTO, 401k match.

      Cons

      Incredibly hard to move up or switch positions if you do not have an engineering degree or make the move into management. I worked as a contractor and got hired on but since my hiring in 2018 I have seen little opportunity to advance and the pay is below what other tech companies offer in the Bay Area.
